The Second edition of the ISCRAM conference will take place at the Palace of the Royal Flemish Academy in Brussels (Belgium), on April 18-20 2005.

The ISCRAM2005 conference brings together designers, developers and users of Information Systems that support those involved in crisis-related activities such as:

•   Planning for the response to a crisis situation;
•   Training for crisis, including organizing of crisis exercises;
•   Responding to a crisis situation; and
•   Evaluating the performance during and after the crisis.

The Conference is co-organized by Tilburg University (the Netherlands), the Nuclear Research Center SCK-CEN (Belgium) and the Royal Flemish Academy of Belgium for Science and the Arts.

The Conference is sponsored by the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), New Jersey Centre of Excellence for Homeland Security.
