GHTC paper submissions in review

With the deadline past, submissions to the ISCRAM co-sponsored panel at IEEE's Global Humanitarian Technology Conference are in review.  5 submissions were received and 3 will be selected.  Hopefully next year, if this becomes an annual event and we promote sooner, we can attract more submissions. Immense thanks to the reviewers who have chosen to remain anonymous.
